Accommodation Advice
The ideal location for being both downtown and close to the conference is Bellecour, but it's a very touristy area and therefore potentially expensive.
To make it easier for you to come to the conference and get to the city center, try to be close to a metro station A (between Perrache and Charpennes), B (between Jean Macé and Charpennes) or D (between Saxe-Gambetta and Gorge de Loup).
Here are a few reasonably priced hotels in good locations:
- Lyon Park Lane (about 60 €),
- Yasi Hostel (about 80 €),
- Campanile Lyon Centre – Berges du Rhône (about 80 €),
- Ibis budget Lyon Part-Dieu (about 95 €),
- Citadines Presqu’île (about 100 €).
